Welcome to a neighborhood of more than 600 homes set among the trees in New Bern, North Carolina. Greenbrier has two entrances and easy access to the city. Since its incorporation in 1994, the GPOA has helped neighbors care for shared spaces and keep in touch.
Find Your Section
Every property belongs to a Greenbrier section, and the rules and contacts differ by section. Some sections have their own HOA; others work with the GPOA Architectural Control Committee.
