Welcome to the Greenbrier community, part of the Greenbrier Property Owners Association, which was incorporated in 1994 in the historic riverfront city of New Bern, NC. Our community living experience is set in a beautiful, forested environment that provides residents with a sense of privacy and ease. The above map highlights the layout of our community, which offers a unique experience in community living. Greenbrier consists of more than 600 homes and features limited access from two separate entrances. Residents enjoy easy access to New Bern, NC, while traffic within Greenbrier is primarily limited to families and guests, making it a peaceful retreat rather than a thoroughfare for general town traffic.
The map designates the sections of Greenbrier that are situated on the golf course and are part of the Greenbrier Property Owners Association. For those interested in community governance, the HOA tab will help you connect with your Homeowners Association representatives.

HOA Covenants
Seven HOAs were established with separate governing bodies, restrictive covenants and guidelines. Verify any exterior changes to your home or property with the HOA president or the HOA ACC committee member established for your section. All other sections served by the ACC committee are listed below.
