We need to verify that we are current.

GPOA Membership

Membership Benefits

As we welcome 2026, we look forward to your continued support and membership in the Greenbrier Property Owners Association. But first, a special thank you to the residents who have been members of the GPOA supporting the community thus far. We value your continued support and invite all Greenbrier residents to join with their neighbors by supporting Greenbrier. We would like to extend our appreciation to the residents that paid more than the $90 dues - recognizing the value of their membership.

While other communities require hundreds of dollars a month, GPOA dues are only $90 a year and are not mandatory. 100% of your dues are an investment in the community and in maintaining the value of your home.

Contact Information

Greenbrier has a "No Solicitation Without a Permit" policy. Residents should contact a member of the GPOA Board or contact the New Bern Police 252-633-2020 to verify credentials of any solicitor. Solicitors may request a permit application via email at gpoa@greenbriernc.org or request an application form via U.S. Mail from the GPOA Board, P.O. Box 13943, New Bern, NC 28561.

No Trespassing

Community Safety

The GPOA Board has implemented a No Trespassing policy to protect residents and their guests from  unknown persons engaging in unwanted behaviors, such as vagrants sleeping near the front entrance and porch pirates preying on residents.

No Trespassing signs appear at each entrance that authorizes New Bern police officers to answer calls and patrol our neighborhood regarding unwanted activities on our common grounds. This permits police officers to use their judgement to investigate and act upon questionable observed activities. Contact the New Bern Police Department 252-633-2020 to report any suspected trespassers.

Property owners should contact the police department directly if there are trespassers in your yard or on your property. For your safety, we encourage you to avoid direct confrontation and let the police address the situation on your behalf.
